PRE-ORDER AND IN-STOCK
Items listed as Pre-order are items that we do not have on-hand, and are funded by customers to put the items in production. There will be pre-order slots per item that needs to be filled in order to be put in production.
Pre-orders take approximately 3-6 weeks, or longer, before we could ship it out to you. This would be a long wait, but customers who joined in a pre-order are guaranteed to receive an A GRADE/STANDARD pins or items at a discounted price. And as our thanks for your patience, pre-orders will also come along with freebies!
Items listed as In-Stock are items that are on-hand and ready to be shipped to you. In-stocks will be posted in our shop once pre-orders are all shipped out. However, In-stocks will be priced higher than pre-orders.
For all orders, please give us 1-3 days to process your order and have them shipped. Your Order Status (Processing or Shipped) will be sent to you via Email.
CANCELLATIONS AND REFUNDS
All sales are final.
We do not accept cancellations and refunds for both Pre-orders and In-stocks. Before making a purchase from our shop, please make sure that you are certain about placing a pre-order/order, and that you placed the right item/s in your cart.
RETURNS AND PACKAGES
If ever your package is returned to us due to an unsuccessful shipment, we can re-ship your order.
To re-ship the package, the customer will have to shoulder the shipping fee. Reasons for unsuccessful shipment include wrong or incomplete address, no one is at home to receive the package, or your package was seized by customs. To avoid such an event, please make sure to input the right information in check out, and frequently check the status of your shipment.
Also, please keep in mind that custom fees are excluded from our prices. We have zero control over customs fees in your country, and such fees are yours to pay.
We take every necessary precaution to protect your items from shipping damages as we want nothing but for you to receive your items in quality. However, once your package has been shipped and is no longer in our hands, we will not be held liable in case of damages and lost packages. But we are always willing to help you in case this happens. Please do not hesitate to contact us.

In such event that you encounter problems with your order or payment, please contact us before taking any action, and we will try our best to help and cater to your needs and concerns.
Our shop policy may change without notice. So whenever you purchase from our shop, you are agreeing to adhere to the Terms and Conditions posted.
