WHAT ARE PRE-ORDERS?
PRE-ORDERS are items that customers can purchase ahead of time at a discounted price. These items are funded by said customers, which helps putting an item into production. Once pre-order slots have been filled, the item will be immediately in production!
WHAT ARE THE DETAILS FOR A PRE-ORDER?
There will be an announcement on our Instagram and Twitter WHEN and WHICH items will go live for pre-order. A Pre-order Period will be set for you to join, so if there's an item that catches your eye, snag it before the pre-order ends!
HOW LONG IS THE PRE-ORDER AND PRODUCTION PERIOD?
PRE-ORDER PERIOD takes 2 weeks max or until pre-order slots have been filled.
PRODUCTION PERIOD takes 2-5 weeks (or longer depending on the manufacturer and some delays that are out of our control).
Then, 1-week shipment to me, another 1-3 days for grading and packaging the items, and finally shipping all the pre-orders.
Overall, pre-orders can take around 1-2 months before we could ship it out to you.
WHY SHOULD I JOIN IN A PRE-ORDER?
Although this is a long wait, joining in a pre-order has its perks! It ensures that you'll be getting the best items from the batch (STANDARD/A GRADE for pins), discounted price, and freebies as our thanks for your patience!

WILL THERE BE ANY IN-STOCK ITEMS?
Yes. IN-STOCKS are the remaining items from a pre-order batch that are available on hand and ready to be shipped out. In-stocks will be posted in my shop after all pre-orders are shipped out. However, prices for in-stocks will be increased.
