SHIPPING UPDATES*

Shipping to UK and EU Countries has been enabled. However, due to the new VAT regulations imposed, customers from these regions will be charged VAT and processing fees by the destination country's customs before the package is released. Orders placed in my store would serve as an acknowledgment that fees incurred by your country would be your responsibility. 

Failure in the timely payment of such fees to your customs may result in the package being sent back to me. In this case, I will only be able to provide a refund for the order excluding the shipping fees. Alternatively, shipping fees will have to be collected again for the package to be shipped to you once more.

SHIPPING INFO AND FEES

We ship internationally from the Philippines via PHLPost and the shipping duration will vary depending on the countries (e.g. USA order would take slightly longer!)

USD 6.50 for 1 pin and an additional USD 0.50 for each pin added.

ORDER PROCESSING

The processing time ranges from 3-5 days, as this is a one-woman team. We will try to process orders as quickly as we can!

ESTIMATED DELIVERY TIME

Asia - 2-4 weeks after shipment

International (All other countries) - 2-8 weeks after shipment

*Do note that due to the COVID-19 situation affecting postal services worldwide, the estimated delivery time would be slightly longer!

ORDER TRACKING

All orders will come with a tracking number, and it will be sent once your package has been shipped. Do note that the status of the tracking information updates depends largely on the destination country's postal administration!

INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMS

Customers are responsible for any taxes or customs fees incurred to receive their order depending on your local regulations. We will not be able to refund any shipping fees for packages returned to us due to unpaid customs fees.

ORDER RETURNS

We do not accept returns and exchanges. For packages that have been returned to us due to incorrect shipping address, missed collection or unpaid custom duties, customers will be responsible for paying additional shipping fees to reship the package to you. A refund may be possible on a case-by-case basis, but initial shipping fees paid will not be refunded in any case.
